Open Access agreement with IOP

Due to the contract extension between the Max Planck Society and Institute of Physics Publications (IOP) articles of MPG "corresponding authors" will be published open access under a CC-BY licence in currently 36 IOP journals starting this year.

Furthermore the new contract model again includes online access to all journals of the package IOPscience extra.
